I was logged out and now I’ve lost all my recipes and my subscription

Don’t worry! Your recipes and subscription aren’t lost! You’ve most likely just logged into a different account.

If you’re not sure whether you originally signed up using email, Apple, Google, or Facebook, follow these steps to get back into the right account.

Step 1: Try the “Forgot Password” Option

If you think you signed up using email, try this first:

  1. Open the ReciMe app.

  2. Tap Log in.

  3. Select Continue with email.

  4. Tap Forgot Password? and enter the email address you think you used.

If you receive a password reset email, that’s a good sign, it means your account was created with that email and password.

Step 2: Try Logging In with Social Accounts

If you didn’t get a password reset email, you may have signed up using a social login.

Try logging in with the same account you originally used:

  • Apple ID

  • Google account

  • Facebook account

Tip: Use the same device or browser where you first created your account for best results.

Step 3: Search Your Email Inbox

Look through your email inbox (and spam folder) for any welcome or confirmation emails from ReciMe.

The address that received those messages is the one linked to your account.
