The app is crashing

Oh no! Sorry to hear the app’s giving you trouble! Let’s try a few quick things to get ReciMe running smoothly again.

Step 1: Check for Updates

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the ReciMe app.

  1. Head to the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Search for ReciMe.

  3. If you see an Update button, tap it to install the newest version.

Step 2: Reach Out to Our Team

If the app is still crashing after updating, please email support@recime.app with the following details so we can help quickly:

  • Your ReciMe username

  • A screenshot or screen recording showing the issue
