Yes, absolutely! You can switch from an annual plan to a monthly subscription anytime.
First, let’s confirm where you originally subscribed, whether Apple, Google Play, or Stripe, since the steps are slightly different for each.
Open the ReciMe app.
Tap the More tab (bottom right).
Go to Settings.
Tap My Subscription to see where your plan was purchased.
Once you know where your subscription is managed, follow the steps below.
App Store (Apple)
If your subscription was through Apple, you can make the switch right from your phone:
Open your Settings app.
Tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID settings.
Select Subscriptions and find ReciMe.
Tap the monthly plan and follow the prompts to switch.
Play Store (Google)
If your subscription was through Google, you can update your plan directly in the Play Store:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon (top right).
Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > ReciMe.
Tap Manage.
Choose Change plan or Update.
Select the monthly plan and confirm your change.
Stripe
If your subscription was through Stripe, you can switch plans using your ReciMe customer portal:
Click the Manage my subscription button (in your confirmation email or ReciMe settings).
Log in to your customer portal.
Click Update subscription.
Choose the option to switch to monthly.
Once updated, your next billing cycle will follow the new monthly plan!
