I signed up for the free trial, why have I been immediately charged?

We’re so sorry this charge came as a surprise, we completely understand how frustrating that can feel. Please know that ReciMe never charges without your consent.

There are a few possible reasons why you may have been charged right away:

  1. You signed up for the monthly subscription.
    The monthly plan does not include a free trial.

  2. You joined using a limited discounted offer.
    Some special offers start right away and don’t include a trial period.

  3. You’ve already used a free trial before.
    Free trials are limited to one per user, so if you’ve had one in the past, you’ll be charged when resubscribing.


If You Subscribed via Apple (iOS)

If you subscribed through the App Store, we recommend double-checking the charge in your Apple ID billing history to confirm whether it’s from ReciMe.
You can do this by going to:

Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.

If you see a charge you don’t recognize, you can reach out directly to Apple Support, as they manage all billing for App Store purchases.
