

300 g block extra firm tofu, into 1 - 2 inch nuggets

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp corn flour

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce

dash of Worcestershire sauce

Fried garlic flakes

Roasted sesame seeds

Lots of Tajin

1/2 orange, juiced
MSG

1/4 cup Honey

1 tsp gochujang

sesame seeds

chilli flakes

buffalo sauce

teriyaki sauce

sweet chilli sauce
Coat tofu pieces in coating and spices
Air fry or oven 200c for 15 minutes, shaking at 10 minutes or halfway
Mix your glaze together in the bowl - highly recommend crunchy component like sesame or fried garlic/shallots
Serve hot and enjoy!
