1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsp chili crisp

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Dumpling wrappers (20–25)

1/4 cup chicken broth

Soy sauce

Chili crisp

Green onions

Sesame seeds
In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, grated ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, chili crisp, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix until fully combined.
Grab a baking dish and layer everything like lasagna. Dip each dumpling wrapper in a bowl of water before layering. Start with wrappers, add a layer of pork, then repeat wrappers and pork until all ingredients are used.
Pour the chicken broth evenly over the top.
Steam method: Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Place the baking dish inside the pot, cover, and steam for 20–23 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Oven method: Place the baking dish inside a larger dish filled with hot water, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes.
Top with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
