1 lb ground pork

1/3 cup green onions, sliced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chili crisp

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

20 dumpling or wonton wrappers

20 raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed

1/4 cup chicken broth

Avocado oil, for cooking and drizzling

Soy sauce

Chili crisp

Sliced green onions

Sesame seeds
Add the ground pork, green onions, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, black pepper, chili crisp, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to a bowl. Mix until completely combined.
Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Arrange the dumplings in the pan, then lightly drizzle a little more avocado oil over the top. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the bottoms begin to lightly brown.
Pour in the chicken broth, cover with a lid, and steam for 7 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
Top with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds, then serve.
