5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp cumin

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 cup beef broth

Taco-size flour tortillas

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Avocado oil, for cooking

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup mayo

1 jalapeño, deseeded and deveined

5 garlic cloves

1 cup fresh cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add tomato paste and combine, then pour in beef broth. Simmer until the liquid is cooked into the beef.
To assemble, add cheese to half of each tortilla, top with beef, add more cheese, and fold closed.
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over low heat. Cook tacos until golden and crispy on both sides, then sprinkle the outside with salt and chopped cilantro if desired.
Combine all sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve over tacos.
