1 cup water (warm/100 - 110 degrees Fahrenheit)

2 tsp active dry yeast

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp molasses

1 tbsp olive oil

1 3/4 - 2 cups all purpose flour (start with 1 3/4 cup and add more if needed)

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp salt
Add 2 tbsp of honey, and 2 tsp active dry yeast in a warm cup of water. Whisk it together and let it sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, it should've formed a foam on top. Then add 1 tbsp molasses, and 1 tbsp of olive oil then give it a whisk.
In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat and all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and the yeast mixture. Then mix for about 8-10 minutes until it forms a smooth dough ball.
Put the dough in a greased bowl then cover and rest for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, put the dough on a lightly floured surface then roll it flat using a rolling pin. Then using your hands, roll it and make sure to tuck the ends.
Lightly spray a loaf pan, add the dough then cover and rest for 30 more minutes.
After 30 minutes, lightly brush on some water on top of the dough then sprinkle some oats.
Bake in the oven for 350 for about 8 minutes.
Wait an hour before slicing it.
