1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F)

2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

2 tbs sugar

4 tbs melted butter (unsalted)
1 egg

1 tsp salt

3- 3 1/2 cups flour
Combine 1 cup of warm milk, 2 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl and mix. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and the yeast mixture. Combine all ingredients using a dough hook.
Slowly add 3 cups of flour while mixing. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for a couple of minutes until you have a smooth dough ball.
Add a little oil to a bowl, spread it around evenly, and place the dough ball in the bowl. Cover and let it rise for one hour.
After an hour, punch the air out of the dough and cut it into 12 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball by folding over the edges and rolling it in your hands.
Place the dough balls into a greased baking dish. Cover and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the rolls for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, brush the tops with melted butter and serve.
