


3 russet potatoes, cut into fries

Filet mignon

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic

6 tbsp butter

Start by cutting russet potatoes into fries
Soak in ice bath for 30 min
Then fry it twice. First fry at 320 for 6 minutes then fry again at 370 for 4 minutes
Cook the steak with butter and garlic. Cook 4 minutes per side (can vary depending on size)
Mix all the garlic butter ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes
Add all the salad ingredients in a bowl then add Caesar dressing. Mix everything together
Plate the steak together with the fries and salad
Best to partner with some wine
