2 cups all purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup milk
425 for 12 min
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Take 1 stick of cold butter and cut it into small pieces, about 1 tablespoon each.
Mix the dry ingredients with a paddle attachment, then add the butter and mix on low for about 1 minute until you have little pieces of butter.
Add 3/4 cup of milk and mix for about 10 seconds to form a shaggy dough.
On a lightly floured surface, dump the dough out and roll it into a rectangle.
Fold the dough in half, then fold it one more time.
Roll the dough out until it's about 1 inch thick.
Use a round cookie cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
Take any extra dough, stack it, and roll it out to cut more biscuits if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
Remove the biscuits from the oven and brush them with melted butter and hot honey.
