1 lb salmon

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp hot honey

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper
390 for 12 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145

5 oz cherry tomatoes

1 jalapeno

1/2 mango

1 avocado

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 lime

Salt to taste
Coat the salmon fillets with olive oil, Dijon mustard, hot honey, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry the salmon at 390°F for about 12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the salsa by combining cherry tomatoes, jalapeno, mango, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to taste.
Heat up the tortillas for about one minute per side.
Once the salmon is done, break it up into pieces and add it to the tortillas along with the salsa and a little more lime juice.
