INSTRUCTIONS

Take 1-3 tri-tips (I've put up to three in one pouch – it works beautifully)
Season generously using either:

Drizzle your favorite BBQ sauce over the top.

Seal in foil pouch

Bake at 275°F for 3½-4 hours.

Slice against the grain
