1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

fresh ground pepper, to taste
Heat the air fryer to 400°F. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil and the salt until well coated.
Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Sprinkle the sliced garlic over the sprouts and air fry another 3 to 4 minutes, until the sprouts are crispy and the garlic is golden brown.
While the sprouts cook, make the glaze. Simmer the balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat until thick and syrupy, 2 to 3 minutes. Watch closely so it does not burn.
Remove from heat and whisk in the 2 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the crispy sprouts to a serving platter and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top. Serve right away.
