


4 bagels

5 eggs

2 - 3 tablespoons milk

1 c Gruyere or your favorite cheese

Bacon cooked and chopped

Salt and pepper
Slice the top third off of each bagel and scoop some of the insides out so you have a sturdy shell. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Mix the eggs with the milk, cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Pour into each bagel cavity. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes until puffy and set.
