2 grated garlic cloves

2 inches grated ginger

1/3 c sliced green onions

2 tablespoons miso

2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 can coconut milk

1 qt vegetable broth

4 blocks ramen

1 lb dumplings

Add everything but the ramen and dumplings to a large baking dish and whisk to combine. Nestle the ramen blocks into the mixture along with the dumplings. Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes stirring and breaking apart the ramen halfway through. Top with sesame seeds, more scallions and drizzle with chili crisp plus.
