


10 oz baby spinach

1/2 c dried cranberries

1/2 c candied walnuts or nuts of choice

6 oz goat cheese we used cranberry goat cheese

1 honey crisp apple sliced

Fresh cranberries optional for topping

1/2 c olive oil

1/2 c apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese, and sliced honey crisp apple.
If desired, add fresh cranberries on top for garnish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, celery salt, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine.
