


1/2 lb pasta nests

1 c cherry tomatoes

2 cups spinach

1 shallot sliced

1 Boursin cheese we used shallot and chive

Salt and pepper

2 - 3 cups chicken broth

3/4 c heavy cream
Place all ingredients in a medium skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover for about 10-15 minutes. Give it a stir and continue cooking until the pasta is tender.
