


1–2 tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 ripe avocado

1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Pinch salt

Pinch red chili flakes

2–3 tbsp sliced banana peppers

Handful shredded lettuce

Small handful crushed salt & vinegar chips
Toast sourdough until golden and crisp.
In a small bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and red chili flakes until creamy but slightly textured.
Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toasted sourdough and the mashed avocado on the other slice.
On the mayo side, layer turkey, banana peppers, lettuce, and a generous sprinkle of crushed salt & vinegar chips.
Top with the avocado side, press gently, and slice. Serve immediately while the bread is crisp and the chips still have crunch.
