


1/8 cup olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons Worcestershire

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup brown sugar

4 cloves of garlic
In a Ziploc bag, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
Seal the bag and shake well to mix all the ingredients together.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for a few hours or overnight for best results.
