


3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

60 g unsalted butter (1/4 cup), cubed
1 cup very hot water
Mix flour, salt & baking powder in a bowl.
Add your cubed butter to a heatproof cup. Pour the hot water over it and stir until melted.
Pour the butter-water into the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead 3–4 minutes until smooth and soft.
Cover and rest 20–30 minutes.
Divide into 12 balls (l Roll each one super thin.
Cook on a hot skillet (medium-high): 20–30 sec per side, until bubbly with golden spots.
Keep warm in a towel so they stay soft and dreamy.
