


300 ml Egg Whites

50 g Shredded Low Fat Cheese

2 Tbsp Low Fat Cream Cheese

Handful Arugula

1/2 Bell Pepper

100 g Chicken Breast

Hot Sauce (optional)
Beat liquid egg whites in a bowl until you achieve a cloudy consistency.
Spread the beaten egg whites onto a baking sheet in a rectangle shape.
Sprinkle low-fat grated cheese on top of the egg whites.
Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes.
Cut the baked egg cloud into two wraps.
Top the wraps with arugula, bell pepper, and cooked chicken breast.
Add hot sauce if desired.
