

300 g baby potatoes

250 g rump steak

1 tbsp reduced-fat butter

1 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp parsley

Seasonings (paprika, salt & pepper)
Dice the baby potatoes and season them lightly with the seasonings.
Pop the diced potatoes into the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
In a pan, cook the steak cubes with a little bit of butter, garlic, and plenty of parsley.
After 20 minutes, plate everything together.
Drizzle with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
