
4 Greek pitas (bread)

600 g chicken thighs (skinless and boneless)

2 large tomatoes

1 large red onion

1 handful of parsley

4 tbsp hummus

Spice marinade (paprika, pepper, salt)
Marinate the chicken thighs briefly and then cook them in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
In the meantime, chop the red onions and tomatoes into small pieces, add a generous amount of parsley, and then toss everything together with the cooked chicken.
Prepare the Greek pitas by spreading hummus on them and add the chicken veggie mix.
Serve directly or wrap them up in foil for meal prep.
