

6 tortilla wraps (25 cm diameter)

600 g low-fat minced meat (5% fat)

300 ml egg whites

6 eggs (M)

2 red peppers

1 white onion

100 g low-fat cream cheese

100 g low-fat grated pizza cheese

Salt, pepper & paprika
Mix 300 ml of egg whites with 6 eggs, which you'll then cook slowly in a pan over medium heat until set.
Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan, then sauté onions and bell peppers in the same pan with lean ground meat, and add some tomato paste and spices.
Then spread a little cream cheese on your wraps, top with the scrambled eggs and ground meat, along with some cheese, then roll them up—and your meal prep wraps are ready.
