

250 g Lean Chicken Mince

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

50 g Low-Fat Grated Cheese

20 g Parmesan
Start by spreading the chicken mince on a piece of parchment paper in a rectangle shape.
Then spread the tomato paste on one half and top it up with the salami slices and grated light cheese.
Fold over the other half to close it and top it up with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown.
