Avocado oil spray
1 lb lean ground (90/10)

1 tbsp fresh minced garlic

1 tbsp olive oil
Greek or Mediterranean seasoning blend of choice
Jasmine rice (cooked in chicken bone broth)

1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp fresh minced garlic

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

2 - 3 tbsp fresh chopped dill

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

paprika, to taste

1 english cucumber sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced

1 small red onion sliced

1/4 cup chopped parsley

2 tbsp fresh minced garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp honey

Salt & pepper to taste

Put together the salad and the yogurt sauce then place both in the fridge until ready to serve.
Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat. Spray with avocado oil then add in the beef. Let it cook unbothered for a few minutes to build a nice crust then break it up, add the minced garlic, olive oil and seasoning. Give it a mix and let continue cooking until done to your liking.
