Tortillas of choice

Shredded cheddar cheese

Extra virgin olive oil

3/4 cup finely diced onion
1 lb lean ground (90/10)
SPG Rub (salt, pepper, garlic)

2 tbsp worcesire sauce

2 tbsp bbq sauce

2 tbsp yellow mustard

2 tbsp ketchup

1/3 cup finley diced pickles

3/4 cup mayo

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp yellow mustard

3 tbsp finely diced pickles

3 tbsp finely diced onions

Seasonings: SPG & paprika to taste
Put together the sauce then place it in the fridge until ready to serve.
Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat Ana drizzle in some olive oil then add in the diced onions. Let them sauté for ~5-7 minutes, mixing frequently then add in the ground beef. Break up the beef then let it cook unbothered for a few minutes to build some crust. From there, continue breaking up in the beef, then add in the seasonings along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix till well combined and let continue cooking until done to your liking. Once done, set aside.
Get another large skillet going over medium-low heat then spray with avocado oil and place down your tortillas. Layer them with some cheese, the beef and more cheese then close them up. Let cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until both sides are golden brown and crispy. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
Plate up your tacos & ENJOY!
