
Extra virgin olive oil

3 russet potatoes

Salt

Butter
Steak rub of choice
2 lbs shaved ribeye

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 green bell pepper (sliced)

1 yellow onion (sliced)
Steak rub of choice

2 tbsp W sauce

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Spicy mayo

Fresh chopped parsley
For the potatoes, poke them a few times with a fork, coat in olive oil and season with salt then bake at 400°F for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
While the potatoes are baking, get a large skillet going over medium-high heat. Add in 1-2 tbsp of beef tallow along with the peppers and onions. Season with steak rub and let sauce mixing every minutes until they’re slightly tender and browned. Once done, remove them from the pan.
Next, add in a bit more beef tallow along with the shaved ribeye. Season genersouly with steak rub and let sear for 3-5 minutes to build some crust. From there, mix and let continue cooking until about done, then add in the W sauce and the peppers/onions. Give it a mix then add in the shredded cheese. Continue mixing until it’s nice and melty and everything is well combined.
Split your potato and add a tbsp of butter along with some steak rub then mash and mix together. Add a light sprinkle of cheese, followed by your cheesesteak mixture. Top with a drizzle of spicy mayo, garnish and ENJOY!
